  Since 1975, Hendricks
Enterprises, a family owned and
operated company, has worked
in the greater Tampa Bay area in
the apartment rental buissness.
For more than 30 years, we have successfully owned
and managed our own multi-family units (apartments)
and rental homes. We currently manage six apartment complexes in Pinellas
County. Because of the enormous amount work produced by each
 rental community, we have limited the number of apartment
complexes in which we manage. We work very hard to manage
every apartment, apartment complex and single family home as
