During these tough economic times, affordable housing has become a challenge for many in our community.  At Hendricks Apartments we support those who provide services to our community – fire fighters, police, EMS, teachers, nurses - and would like to offer them $1000 in free apartment rent.  There’s no gimmick or fine print.  Simply rent an apartment in one of the Hendricks-owned properties in Pinellas County and we’ll provide $1000 in vouchers to use as payment toward rent.  Upon occupancy, new tenants will be awarded a coupon book with ten $100 vouchers.  One voucher may be used each month as credit toward rent, provided rental payments are made by the first day of the month. 

It’s that easy!

We are interested in supporting our public servants and hope that a partnership between you and our housing resources will strengthen our community, provide employees with a more affordable, quality apartment home, and link us with outstanding tenants.  This is win-win-win for everyone!
